Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Radiant Wellness, your time and care are very important to us. We reserve your appointment time just for you, and late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from serving others. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our time, we strictly enforce the following policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice, or canceling with less than 30 minutes’ notice, will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price, up to $250.
- Rebooking: Future appointments will not be scheduled until any outstanding fees are paid in full.
We understand emergencies happen, and while we’ll always do our best to work with you, we kindly ask that you respect this policy so we can continue providing the best care for everyone. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We want you to love your experience and results at Radiant Wellness. Because our treatments are customized and time is reserved just for you:
- We do not offer refunds on services already rendered.
- Unopened skincare products and supplements may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please contact us within 7 days so we can help you find the right solution.
