How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
We are by appointment only so we can dedicate our full attention to each client. Same-day appointments may be available — feel free to text to check availability!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo and online payments through our booking platform.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — you can purchase a gift card online or in person for any amount or service. Give the gift of radiant wellness to someone special!
How do I purchase products?
We offer a curated selection of professional-grade skincare products and wellness supplements, available for purchase directly through our office. At this time, products are not sold online — but it’s easy to pick them up! Just send us a quick text to arrange a convenient time to stop by, and we’ll have your order ready for you. We’re also happy to make personalized product recommendations if you’re not sure what you need.
Can I return products if they don’t work for me?
Unopened skincare products and supplements may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, let us know within 7 days so we can help you find the right solution. Please see our full refund policy here.
What is the difference between naturopathic wellness services and spa services?
Our naturopathic wellness services focus on whole-body health, offering treatments like vitamin and peptide injections, hormone support, gut health programs, and energy & mood balancing. Spa services, like facials and microneedling, focus more on skin health, relaxation, and luxury self-care. Together, they help you feel radiant inside and out!
How should I prepare for my facial or wellness treatment?
For most facials, we recommend arriving with clean skin and avoiding heavy makeup. For wellness services, wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring with you any medications or supplements you’re currently taking. If specific preparation is required for your service, we’ll let you know at booking.
Does microneedling hurt?
Many people are surprised by how comfortable microneedling can be! Before we begin, we apply a professional-grade numbing cream to minimize any discomfort during the treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratching or tingling, and some even find it relaxing. If you have concerns about sensitivity, let us know — your comfort is always our priority.
Where are you located?
We’re located inside Science Lab, just below Safeway in the Niumalu Marketplace. Our space is cozy, welcoming, and easy to get to once you know where to look! For your convenience, we’ve included a video walkthrough and a map on our Contact page to guide you right to our door. If you have any trouble finding us, don’t hesitate to call or text — we’re happy to help.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available on site for all clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a strict 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Please see our full policy here.
Why don’t you accept insurance?
We don’t work directly with insurance at Radiant Wellness, and here’s why: it allows us to give you the kind of personalized, high-quality care you deserve — without the restrictions and time limits insurance companies often impose.
This way, we can spend more time with you, use the best treatments and products available, and fully customize your plan to help you feel and look your best.
If you’d like, we’re happy to give you an invoice (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
